A helicoidally finned tube is provided for use mainly in heat exchangers. The tube comprises a cylindrical tubular member (20) which carries or is integral with a helical member (22) the turns (22a) of which form the fins of the tube. The fins are provided with ripples (22c) which extend from the outer rim (22b) of the fins inwardly and the depth of which diminishes toward the tube center. The invention relates to heat engineering and can be used in heat exchangers with liquids containing solid impurities. The purpose of the invention is to prevent sedimentation of solid impurities from the fluid flow by deflecting it towards the pipe. FIG. 1 shows a pipe exchange, longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a scan of a section of an edge having waves with different peripheral length; in fig. 3 - a heat exchange tube, having waves located asymmetrically with respect to the plane of the turns of the ribs, cross section; in fig. 4 shows an embodiment of waves with an edge in the form of a broken line. The heat exchange tube 1 comprises spiral ribs 2 perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tube. On the turns of the ribs 2, waves 3 are made, directed towards the axis of the pipe 1 and having a depth that decreases in the direction of singing from the periphery of the turns to the center, and the waves of 3 all turns are parallel and exacted only diametrically opposite sectors 4 and 5 with a central angle not exceeding 90. In this case, waves 3 may have different peripheral length S1, S2, S3, S4, and can also be located asymmetrically with respect to the plane of 6 turns of the ribs 2. The edge of waves 3 can be made in the form of a broken line. When the heat exchanger is in operation, the flow of external fluid, which encircles the finned tubes and carries solid impurities, passes along the undulating sections formed by the adjacent turns of the fins 2, creates little resistance to flow, and on the undulating sections deviates towards the pipe. Waves 3, made in sectors 4 and 5, increase the heat transfer between the external and internal liquid flowing inside the pipe 1. The arrangement of the waves 3 asymmetrically with respect to the plane 6 turns of the ribs 2 allows us to simplify the manufacture of the pipe, and create a stray vortex flow of external fluid between the ribs of the waves. .З Compiled by O.
